2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and his companion Rajesh Yadav kidnapped son of the informant on the point of pistol for ransom.

4. Since, the victim in his 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case stating that the petitioner and his companion kidnapped him and kept him one day in a secluded place, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashi/- U T
