Learned counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw this application as against petitioner no.1, as he has been arrested by the police during the pendency of the bail application.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1.

Now, this application is being heard with regard to petitioner no.2 only.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court below within four weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, considering the fact that there is a case and counter-case between the parties and both sides have sustained injuries.
