The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.128 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 307,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65266 of 2022(2) dt.24-02-2023 2/3 302, 448 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners and other co-accused persons are said to have killed the father of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that no specific allegation is alleged against the petitioners. It is submitted that specific allegation of assault is against coaccused, Dharmveer Pandit. There is land dispute between the parties.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Taking into consideration the fact that no specific overt act is alleged against the petitioners, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Parwalpur P.S. Case No.128 of 2022, subject to
