JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondents to allow the petitioner to work as usual, as Sweeper in the Block Development Office, Bariarpur, District- Munger which has been restrained from April, 2022 onwards.

(ii) For issuance of further writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondent/s, to make payment after revising emolument fixed, time to time, by the Government of Bihar which was due from November, 2006 to till yet, with interest

Patna High Court CWJC No.13968 of 2023(2) dt.28-03-2024 2/2 within fortnight.

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities, to regularize the petitioner as per Government regulation, time to time, issued by the Personal and Administrative Reforms Department, Government of Bihar, Patna."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Munger for redressal of his aforesaid grievance. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
