Mandal University (hereinafter referred to as the 'University').

2. In view of the stand taken by learned counsel for the University that five cheques totaling Rs. 37,28,491/- in favour of the petitioner dated 23.11.2017, have been forwarded to the Principal of the concerned college for being handed over to the petitioner, as agreed, the writ petitioner stands disposed off.

3. Learned counsel for the University agrees that upon the petitioner appearing before the respondent no. 6, the aforesaid cheques in his favour would be handed over to him. It has further been agreed that the detailed calculation chart relating to such payment shall also be given to the petitioner within five working days from appearing before the respondent no. 4.

4. Further, as has been agreed by learned counsel for the University, if the petitioner feels aggrieved by any non payment of his admitted dues, he shall be at liberty to file a detailed representation. Upon the same being filed, a reasoned order shall be passed thereupon and if it is found that anything further is to be paid to the petitioner, the same shall be paid to him within four weeks thereafter. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
