The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents-police officials to arrest the accused involved in Chiksaura PS case no. 58 of 2020, registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 504, 506, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

The learned counsel for the State submits that all accused persons have been released on bail by the Police. The learned counsel for the State has referred to paragraph no. 10 of the counter affidavit to submit that during investigation, considering the nature of offence, all the accused persons have
