ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 04-02-2025 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner on instructions has stated that the standing crops in the subject property is ripe for harvesting and the petitioner will harvest the same by the end of April 15, 2025 and vacate the same. That the authorities may proceed with the auction of the leasehold rights from 15th of April, 2025.

2. Having regard to the above made submission, the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15638 of 2022(24) dt.04-02-2025 2/2 present writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to harvest his standing crops by the end of April 15, 2025. The petitioner shall vacate the subject property and hand over the vacate site to the authorities immediately after harvesting the crops by 15th of April 2025. Thereafter, the authorities are free to conduct open auction for leasing the subject property to the highest bidder. In case the petitioner is so advised, he is free to participate in the said auction.

3. The petitioner shall clear all pending dues to the school (Respondent No. 6) by the end of Feb, 2025.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
