JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 28-08-2019 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 31.07.2019, the learned counsel for the University has produced a letter written to the Manager, Allahabad Bank, University Branch, Bhagalpur by the University officials wherein a Cheque bearing No. 038161 dated 26.08.2019 has been sent and the same includes a sum of Rs. 6,74,332/- regarding the petitioner herein on the head of arrears of pension, calculated on the basis of 07th Pay Revision recommendation.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for

Patna High Court CWJC No.19855 of 2018(7) dt.28-08-2019 2/2 all practical purposes, the present writ petition has become infructuous, hence the same be disposed off and the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the University for furnishing the calculation chart.

Liberty so sought is granted.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the necessary P.P.O. has not been issued although pension is being paid regularly.

For the said relief, the petitioner may approach the Vice-Chancellor, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur who shall do the needful.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
