2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/504/506 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner and other accused persons forcibly constructed boundary wall on the disputed land and thereafter they made indiscriminate firing.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the present case is counter blast of Bihar Police Station Case No. 532 of 2023 which was lodged by the mother of the petitioner against informant and others. Though there is allegation of firing, but nobody sustained fire arms injury. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Bihar Police Station Case No. 533 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
