This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 307 and 326/34 of the Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The first information report is against unknown. The only material against the petitioner is his confessional statement.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 69 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Sri Manish Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran.
