Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-399 & 402 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that except mobile phone, nothing was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner who does not have any criminal antecedent and having similar allegation, some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 412 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
