1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The Principal Judge, Family Court, Saharsa is directed to conclude the Divorce Case No. 06 of 2019 within six months from the date of communication of this order without unnecessary adjournment to either side.

3. The Principal Judge will proceed ex parte against the non-cooperating party as it has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent's wife is not cooperating in the disposal of the divorce case.
