JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. That this is an application praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus or any appropriate writ, order or direction directing and commanding the respondents to construct the unit of Community Health Centre, Ben, district Nalanda in village Bhagwan Bigha, Ben Block of the District of Nalanda, since only at village Bhagwan Bigha, suitable Government Land is available, which shall cater to more than 50-60 thousands persons belonging to down trodden community."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CWJC No.14298 of 2024(2) dt.21-09-2024 2/2 petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off.
