In view of the pendency of the certificate case, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition, however interest of justice would be served if the petitioner is granted liberty to appear before the Certificate Officer, Vaishali and file his final response taking all grounds, which he has taken in the present writ petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file an objection within a period of two weeks from today which shall be disposed of by the Certificate Officer within a
