The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

Allegedly, it is a case of recovery of 95 liters of illicit liquor from the house of this petitioner. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that petitioner has clean antecedent. In view of the fact that seized liquor was recovered from the house of this petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
