2. The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190 and 109 of BNS, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, all the accused persons including the petitioner have assaulted the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He next submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court passed in Cr. Misc No.50306 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2025.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, so let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VIII, Saran (Chapra) in connection with Doriganj P.S Case No. 241 of 2024.
