JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased, who was allegedly killed within eight months of her marriage. The informant alleged that petitioner and his family members used to make illegal demand of motorcycle and cash and also used to torture the deceased. The death of deceased appears to be unnatural.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Kasba P.S.Case No. 30 of 2016, pending in the court of Chief
