In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 113 of 2015 registered for offence under section 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

One Ranjan Kumar has kept his bike standing bearing Registration no. BR05N-5382. While he was attending the natural call, two persons came and fled away with his motor cycle. Later on, the said motor cycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, at present this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer after nine months of custody.
