This appeal has been preferred under Section 14A(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.)., against the order, dated 07.06.2016, passed by learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, in B.P. Nos. 597/16 and 626/16, whereby the appellant's application for grant of regular bail has been rejected in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016, which discloses offences under Sections 302, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 3(ii)(v) of the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. I have perused the case diary from which it appears that there are certain materials collected in the course of investigation, which go to suggest that the appellant played an important role

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.887 of 2016 (3) dt.18-11-2016 2/2 leading to the murder of the deceased. I do not find any illegality in the impugned order, whereby the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhagalpur, has refused to exercise his discretion in favour of the appellant for grant of regular bail.
