2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352 of the BNS.

3. As per allegation, the petitioners along with the coaccused persons have assaulted the informant with sharp weapons. It is further alleged that petitioners snatched Rs. 34,800/- from informant's pocket and golden chain from informant's neck.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

It is further submitted that the petitioners are persons of clean antecedents and injuries suffered by the informant are simple in nature. It has further been submitted that the money transaction was there between co-accused Naresh Mandal and the informant and no money transaction was between the petitioners and the informant.

5. Learned APP for the State, on the other hand, opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S. Case No. 94 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C/ 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
