The anticipatory bail application was allowed on 11.8.2023 subject to the payment that was to made and finds incorporated in the order.

Now, the Cr. Misc. No. 67940 of 2023 has been preferred for modification of the order stating that he could not surrender in time due to medical issues.

Taking into account the fact that has been incorporated in paragraphs 4 and 5, this Court is inclined to extend the period of surrender for further four weeks from today
