2. Having regard to the nature of prayer, Interlocutory Application No. 9025 of 2015 is allowed.

After some arguments learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner Mr. Sunil Kumar seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal for redressal of his grievance against the impugned order dated 21.08.2015 passed against the petitioner no. 1 and to challenge any final order as may be passed in relation to petitioner no. 2.
4. Permission is accorded. The writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
