JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ghosi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 for the offence under Sections-302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report, that one Ramjee Thakur informed the informant that he sustained injury in his hand and some body has shot dead the Pujari Parshuram Das. During course of investigation, the statement of Ramjee Thakur was recorded which is available in paragraph-36 and 75 of the C.d. wherein he has taken the name of this petitioner along with other accused persons. In the statement, he has stated that this petitioner has fired on him. He has not made any specific allegation against this petitioner of committing murder of Parshuram Das.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19061 of 2017 (3) dt.17-05-2017 In such circumstances, prayer for bail is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 81 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad subject to condition that both the bailors should be relatives of the petitioner.
