The State is represented by Mr. Raj Kishore Roy, learned GP18.

2. The petitioner on being aggrieved by the notice dated 30.05.2022, issued by the respondent Board, filed the present writ petition. After some arguments he fairly submits

Patna High Court CWJC No.15605 of 2022(4) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 that, in response to the impugned notice, now the petitioners have already entered their appearance before the Bihar State Board of Religious Trust and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to pursue the proceeding pending before the Board, however, while withdrawing the writ petition, he prays for a direction to dispose of the matter expeditiously.

3. Learned counsel for the Board fairly submits that since the proceeding is going on, the same would be disposed of expeditiously.

4. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of with an expectation that the Board shall dispose of the proceeding expeditiously.
