2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 462 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 327, 354, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault with iron rod on the brother of the informant, which caused head injury.
4. It is submitted on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The doctor has found simple injury. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, including the nature of injury, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 462 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
