JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-02-2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of a categorical statement in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Sahebganj that the office of respondent no.3 has never debarred the petitioner from participating in any contract works, the petitioner would not press this writ application. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, taking note of the statements made in paragraph 5 of the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this writ application. The application is, thus, disposed off as withdrawn in the above light.
