Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner and one co- accused were caught and one country made Katta and four live cartridges were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and similarly, firearm and cartridges were recovered from the possession of co- accused. Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.7.2016. No doubt, petitioner does have criminal antecedent but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as keeping in mind that investigation against the petitioner has already been completed, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Sadar P.S. Case no. 403/2016.
