2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 325 , 307,354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3 . Dispute over drainage of water, led to the occurrence in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injuries caused by these petitioners are simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

5 . Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64236 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 193 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
