2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 155/2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 3(5) of B.N.S. read with Section 138 of N.I. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have committed fraud in relation to a sale deed involving an amount of Rs. 36,83,000/- against the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

8. The petitioner is directed to surrender within two weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which the Superintendent of Police, Munger will take all steps for arrest of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Munger through FAX or e-mail for its compliance.
