04-02-2015 In the order dated 08.01.2015, at page-4 in the second line of second paragraph, after the words such error, the word "not" has not been typed inadvertently. Accordingly, the word "not" is inserted and the sentence may be read as "such error can not be cured at any stage" in stead of "such error can be cured at any stage".
Similarly, in 4th line of same paragraph the sentence may be read as "if illegality has been committed at the time of initial appointment that can not be cured at any stage" Accordingly, the order dated 08.01.2015 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
