JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bidupur P. S. Case No.341 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 337, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

So far this petitioner is concerned, as per F.I.R. he is only named in the F.I.R. armed with belt and allegation of assault against other accused persons.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he was only member of the mob and no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the
