The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Shakurabad P.S. Case No. 54 of 2022 registered under Sections 365, 366, 354, 376 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 3(1)(b)(r)(s)(w)/3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (prevention of atrocities) Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. In the instant case, the complaint case is filed after lapse of six months of the alleged
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 63571 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 occurrence. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-VIcum-Special Judge (POCSO) Act, Jehanabad in connection with Shakurabad P.S.
