Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(a) of the Excise Act. 90 bottles of Nepali liquor containing 300 ml each were recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 14.8.2016. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in Dhaka P.S. Case no. 235/2016.
