The petitioner wants to renew his prayer of bail, which was earlier rejected vide order dated 11.02.2016 and 05.10.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56107 of 2015 and 44108 of 2016 respectively, on the ground that the petitioner is in custody since 08.07.2015 and the trial has not been concluded within the time given by this Court.
Learned APP duly assisted by learned counsel for the informant states by submitting that the Sessions Trial is for argument and it is likely to be disposed of very soon. In the facts and circumstances stated above, finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail of the petitioner, again his prayer for bail stands rejected.
