2. It is hoped and expected that the opposite parties would now take a final decision depending upon the people who make the cut and those who do not. Matter should not be unduly delayed now unless some more judicial orders have been passed thereafter which does not seem probable.

3. Contempt application is disposed of in terms of the above.
