This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 414, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner was back rider of motorcycle, which was a stolen property. The driver of the motorcycle was arrested and he claimed to provide the papers of motorcycle. Subsequently, he produced the papers, however, the same was found forged.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 2 of 2017 to the satisfaction of Shree Pradip Kumar Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, or successor Court.
