2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 16.03.2016 by which he has been placed under suspension.

3. Mr. Partha Sarthi, learned G. A. 4 for the State, as per his telephonic instructions, submitted that the next date in the enquiry is fixed for 15th September, 2017 and it is expected that report shall be submitted soon thereafter.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands

Patna High Court CWJC No.19104 of 2016 dt.07-09-2017 2/2 disposed off with a direction to the concerned authority to ensure that the departmental proceeding against the petitioner is taken to its logical conclusion within three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before the respondent no. 1.

5. It goes without saying that the petitioner shall cooperate both in the enquiry and the subsequent stages of the departmental proceeding, failing which the authority concerned shall be at liberty to proceed without giving any undue indulgence to the petitioner.
