ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 26.06.2019 in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.162 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the F.I.R. is against unknown persons, but subsequently on the basis of the confessional statement made by one co-accused Guddu Kumar, the name of the petitioners has been included. It is further submitted that the said Guddu Kumar has since been extended the privilege of bail in Cr.Misc. No.24388 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61193 of 2019(2) dt.05-11-2019 2/2 2019 vide order dated 16.04.2019. It is also submitted that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedents. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P.S. Case No.162 of 2018.
