2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B)/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, daughter of informant was married with co-accused Radhe Syham Sharma on 31-052017. After marriage this petitioner and his family members subjected the victim to cruelty and harassment for fetching dowry and they finally killed her under conspiracy on 15-112023. It is further stated that informant received information through phone that her daughter has died due to electric shock .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is Bhaisur of the deceased. Petitioner is innocent and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66231 of 2024(2) dt.06-12-2024 2/2 has falsely been implicated in this case . He is separate in mess and property and has got no concern with the affairs of the couple . Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the husband of the deceased is already in custody . Petitioner is in custody since 26.04.2024 .
5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application .
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P. S. Case No. 485 of 2023 .
