The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 30.05.2016 passed by learned ACJM, Darbhanga in Hayaghat P.S.Case No.56 of 2013 whereby the learned Magistrate accepted the final form and directed to proceed with the matter on protest-cum-complaint.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to proceed with the protest-cumcomplaint petition. Accordingly, this application is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
