The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tatarpur (University) P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Accusation is that the petitioner approached the Examination Controller for preparation of B.Sc. final marksheet on the basis of B. Sc (Hons) Part-II marksheet which was found forged. On query, the petitioner disclosed that forged mark sheet was handed over to him by one Ranjeet, on payment of Rs. 7000/- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student and he having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 9.2.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18648 of 2017 (2) dt.05-05-2017 2/2 case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2017.
