The petitioner seeks bail in G.R.P. Patna (Patna Sahib) P.S. Case No. 58/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

115 pouches each containing 200 m.l. are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 12.02.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two and half months for recovery of 23 litres of country-made liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
