2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 04.05.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 24613 of 2023, on the ground of marriage of his daughter, but his mentioning slip was found false, as such, the privilege of bail was withdrawn. He again surrendered on 11.07.2023 and till then, he is under custody. He has further submitted that the petitioner has amply been punished for his mistake.

3. On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and

No.64411 of 2023(2) dt.03-11-2023 2/2 circumstances, especially the fact that the petitioner remained in custody for six months, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge-1st, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 57 of 2023, subject to the following conditions:- (i) Before accepting his bail bond, the court below shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner is involved in any other case except the present one or Hisua P.S. Case No. 559 of 2021, his bail shall not be accepted. The verification must be done within fifteen working days.

(ii) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
