JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47 of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Six litres country made liquor is said to have been recovered from joint possession of petitioners, who are ladies and are languishing in jail custody since 05.09.2016 without having any criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46498 of 2016 (2) dt.24-10-2016 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Garbandanga P.S. Case No. 12 of 2016.
