2. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that
Patna High Court MJC No.2306 of 2021(6) dt.02-01-2024 2/2 a show cause alongwith the documents has been filed in respect of redressing the grievance of the petitioner to the extent of handing over balance 5 KM road to Road Construction Department. We are satisfied with the action taken by the official respondents.
