Two petitioners herein have sought anticipatory bail in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 65 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 353, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code lodged by the Headmaster of the Government School alleging that on 5.8.2015, when he entered into the school premises, petitioner no. 1 assaulted him with butt of pistol on head. Petitioner no. 2 also assaulted with butt of pistol. With the help of 2-3 unknown, they committed theft of the cash carried by the informant. Counsel for the petitioners states that it was an agitation in which the informant received injury. He had drawn attention of the Court to the media reporting in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49031 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 From the injury report as reflected from the case record, it appears the informant did receive injuries on the temporal area as alleged in the First Information Report.

Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not persuaded to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Prayer is, accordingly, rejected.
