====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 06-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
In this case, the petitioner makes a complaint of having been not called for interview illegally though he has requisite qualification.
The short fact of this case is that advertisement bearing Advertisement No. 2607 by the Bihar Karamchari Chayan Aayog, Patna was published for appointment of Motor Vehicle Inspector. The petitioner also applied for the said post but, having been not called for interview on account of lack of requisite qualification of experience as the petitioner has obtained the experience certificate
Patna High Court CWJC No.15132 of 2013 dt.06-02-2019 2/2 but, does not conform to the essential ingredients required for appointment on the post of Motor Vehicle Inspector. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per news report published in the daily newspaper, the Respondent Authorities are apprehensive that some of the Motor Vehicle Inspectors have been appointed on the basis of forged certificate which is under enquiry.
In the considered opinion of this Court, even if their certificate goes, they may be removed but, the present petitioner cannot get entry as a Motor Vehicle Inspector on account of lack of requisite qualification.
This Court does not find any merit in the present writ application and the same is dismissed.
