1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 03.12.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 78661 of 2024 for extension of time by further four weeks to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below for furnishing bail bond.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to dispute regarding partition and family dispute various FIRs were lodged against the petitioner and others. One of the FIR, bearing Bahoranpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024, dated 09.05.2024, registered under Sections 307, 504, 506

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.65533 of 2025(2) dt.19-09-2025 2/2 and 34 of the IPC and Section 27 of Arms Act, was also lodged against the petitioner. The petitioner was granted bail in the present FIR bearing, Bahorampur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78661 of 2024 vide order dated 03.12.2024 directing the petitioner to furnish bail bond within four weeks. Since petitioner was accused in aforesaid Bahorampur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 under Section 307, 504 of the IPC and another allied sections, he could not surrender within time awaiting the outcome of the anticipatory bail filed by the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner prays for further extension of four weeks time in order to surrender in the present case and furnish bail bond.

5. Considering the aforesaid submission, let the time granted by this Court for furnishing bail bond and to surrender before the learned Court below vide order, dated 03.12.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 78661 of 2024, be extended for further four weeks from today. (Anil Kumar Sinha, J) Siwani/- U
