JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Phulwaria P. S. Case No. 90 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 307, 504, 506, 341 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per F.I.R. three persons came on the motorcycle covering their faces and made firing on the informant. The petitioners are also named in the F.I.R.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and the F.I.R. itself shows that persons covering their faces, but in spite of that petitioners are named in the F.I.R.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61960 of 2019(2) dt.15-10-2019 2/2 submissions, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Shri Rajeev Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai, in connection with Phulwaria P. S. Case No. 90 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
