Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from the car as well as motorcycle and it is alleged that the same was of the petitioners. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the
